Position: Organizational Change Management -BI Consultant?
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Duration: 1 year in duration but can go an additional year
Organizational Change Management -BI Consultant?
?? 5 years of experience in a change management role for large transformational projects, such as ERP implementations, mergers & acquisitions, shared services?implementations.?
? Change management experience in Communications, Training & Education, Organization Design and Job Design, Stakeholder Management as well as Business?Readiness and Monitoring?
? Relevant University degree or equivalent?
? Experience in retail or consumer packed goods industry an asset.?
? Strong communication and influencing skills?
? Ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients, IT, HR, and vendor partners?
? A strong strategic orientation and high level of business and people acumen?
? Ability to deal well with ambiguity and fast-paced work environment?
? Advanced MS Project and MS Powerpoint skills
