Together with like-minded local artisanal producers, chefs and others in the culinary field, we have created a series of community workshops where ??activities focus on how we grow, buy, cook and eat our foods. Our aim is to bring people together to experiment and discover locally sourced ingredients and explore the principles of sustainability. Most workshops are hands-on, allowing you to cook, taste and create good food with your own family and friends.
From bread making to butchery and vegetable growing to cheese making and learning to make your own preserves. If you want to improve your existing skills or simply have a wonderful time with friends in the beautiful Somerset countryside eating fantastic food and learning a few new skills along the way, our workshops are for you!
